    About

    The Japanese dining scene in Singapore is extremely varied, and has prices and dishes spanning from the very affordable to the exorbitant. However, there are rarely restaurants that succeed at marrying several aspects of the spectrum together, and TORIO is one of them. Their menu combines premium ingredients to dish out delicious recipes at affordable prices. Named after the Japanese word for trio, this restaurant is dedicated to showcasing the camaraderie, contribution, and commitment of its founding partners through their dishes.

    The Special Sashimi is a must-try. The plate features premium ingredients like Tuna, Salmon, and Sea Urchin, as well as two kinds of white fish -- well worth the price paid, being generous on portions and taste. The meat is plump and fresh, and the slices are paper-thin, which easily absorb the flavours of the condiments they are dipped into. Prefer a hearty grab-and-go lunch? Try the Unagi Don, a rich bowl of fluffy steamed rice served with a sizeable portion of grilled Japanese eel.
