    Iggy's is an institution in Singapore’s dining scene. With its innovative creations that use only the freshest seasonal produce from Japan and around the world, it’s been consistently earning a Michelin star since 2017. The space is elegant and intimate, with only 38 seats so diners can have the best dining experience.

    Behind Iggy’s is Ignatius Chan, a restaurateur and sommelier with over three decades of experience. Working closely with the culinary team, he has designed a menu of modern European dishes that exude Asian flavours to suit the Singaporean palate. He also handpicks labels for Iggy's wine cellar, with a big focus on Burgundy wines.

    Both lunch and dinner offer set menus that showcase the chef's picks of the season. Naturally, menu items change regularly according to the ingredients that are available, but for a feel of what to expect, think Hokkaido Scallops with Oscietra Caviar, Vichyssoise and Apple Snow, Miyazaki Wagyu with Green Dragon Vegetable Shishito, and Foie Gras with Chinese Liver Sausage.
